I'm back! Let the fun begin.

Hello to everyone (all *three* followers) out there! I am back and ready for some blogging fun. I will start with a brief update and then share some ideas that have been floating around in my head for a while and what I will blog about.

Well, John proposed! I owe my blog a proposal story, that is for sure. Of course, I said yes. I am so excited, I love John with all my heart and I can't believe we're going to be married (meowied, as us cat ladies say).

It has only been 5 days but I have started planning and have a few ideas in my head. Take a peak at the pics below for an idea... 

I think I need this shoes regardless of any wedding themes/colors, etc. 

I am looking at two venues on Friday and John and I already decided that if we like one of them, we will put a deposit down next week to secure a date (in August 2014!!!). 

My new job is going well! It will be six months next month - how time flies! Johnny got a new job this week, too! Exciting! It is a nice full-time job with a respected place and it will provide him a great opportunity to learn some things and hopefully in a couple years he can get in with a police department.

I have two weddings coming up shortly. We had Kelly's bachelorette party last weekend, and my friend Natalie's is this weekend. Busy, busy time, but I love it. I am so excited for all my friends getting married!

Here is what I plan to blog about:

• Wedding planning (so cliche, right?)
• Losing weight for wedding! This girl needs to drop some serious lbs, so I might mention that here, too. 
• My cats (obviously)
• Work? Maybe? Does anyone care about corporate marketing? 
• Blog re-design. I'm not in love with the look and besides half the links don't work. I don't have to fiddle and make a cute one. Any recommendations for someone who can do it cheap but cute?

I'm excited to be back here! I am going to clean off my reader and get rid of blogs I don't read anymore, add the ones I do and get going with it! Wahoo!
